- Chronic Disease Management Program through Medicare (formally Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Program)
- Live Well OT is registered to provide both Occupational Therapy & Hand Therapy for clients covered by BUPA Private Health Insurance

Live Well OT will accept self-referrals as well as referrals from health care providers. A Doctors referral may be required depending on the funding source – Live Well OT can liaise with the clients GP to arrange this if required.  

We regret to inform that we are at capacity and due to staff shortage are not able to take on any new NDIS participants. We will continue to assist all current NDIS participants and participants we have assisted in the past. We apologize for any inconvenience and will advise when we are able to open our books to new NDIS participants again.

Live Well Occupational & Hand Therapy Services is an appointment based service within our usual hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
We strive to offer flexibility and as we understand that these days and times don't always work with people and their busy lives, please speak with one of our friendly staff if and we will endeavour to assist you with an after hours appointment.

All Live Well OT & Hand Therapy services are offered in the comfort of your home. If you prefer, we are able to assist in our clinic on East Street, Albury.

We also offer Telehealth services as an alternative.
